Enthusiasm
The people of ICM are constantly learning and training to be better at what
we do. We are active in our community. We love what we do. The creation of a

Samuel J. Fleeman, Sr. is a 1964 graduate of The Georgia
Institute of Technology (Ga. Tech.) and is corporate president. He holds a N.C.
Contractors License Test Qualification in the category Buildings. He is a
certified erector for Butler Buildings and MBCI Roofing. Mr. Fleeman served as
the 2004 President of the Gaston County Heart Society and continues to serve on
the Board of Directors.
Samuel J. Fleeman, Jr., a 1981 graduate of The Georgia
Institute of Technology, is Vice President. He holds a N.C. Contractors License
Test Qualification in the areas of Building, Highway and Water/Sewer Utility. He
is also a member of the American Planning Assoc. He holds certifications in VP
Buildings VP Command Computer Building Design, Butler Roofing and Butler Product
Schools. Mr. Fleeman has been a member of the City of Gastonia Planning Board
since 1991 and serves on several other City and County Committees. He was the
2004 President of the Gaston County Home Builders Association and continues to
serve on the Board of Directors.
