Industrial Construction and Maintenance, Inc. is an unlimited licensed N.C. Contractor in the categories of Building, Highway and Water/Sewer Utilities. The unlimited license is only obtained by meeting strict working capital and other financial benchmarks set by the North Carolina Contractors Licensing Board. The license is renewed annually by submitting financial information to the Board. ICM has General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

ICM has constructed facilities as large as a 235,000 sf Manufacturing Plant with 47,000 sf of Office Mezzanines down to moving building columns blocking new machinery installations. Along the way we constructed multiple 50,000 sf to 20,000 sf Warehouse/Office Facilities, Veterinary Clinics, Medical Buildings, Retail Buildings and even a Funeral Home. We have worked with private financing, The Small Business Administration and even the North Carolina Industrial Bonds System. We construct metal buildings to conventional masonry.
